Tom is a lifelong resident of Hackettstown. He was in private practice from 1985 through 2011 with his practice concentrating on real estate, wills and estates, municipal law, and land use law. In 2011, he was appointed as Warren County Deputy Surrogate. He welcomes calls from bar members having any questions regarding the probate and administration process, estate settlement, guardianships, adoptions, the depositing and withdrawal of funds from the Surrogate’s Intermingled Fund for the Benefit of Minors and the rules and procedures for filing actions in the Probate Part of the Superior Court.
